Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in administrative services and executive management to Putnam. Among her areas of expertise are marketing communications, planning, sales support, and small business management.

Kelly is an industry speaker, coach, and co-author of several books including Virtual Assistant – The Series: Become a Highly Successful, Sought After VA (third edition). In her spare time she volunteers as Fundraising Coordinator for O'Fallon Sluggers and serves on the Annual Ball Committee for Main Street O'Fallon.
