Brett is founder of Broadscope Consulting and has over 20 years experience working with businesses and individuals in the areas of leadership, strategy, business and financial planning, evaluation, systems, and organizational development. He is a trusted advisor to CEOs, company Presidents, senior staff, business owners, and board directors, dealing with a wide array of strategic, tactical, personal, and organizational issues. Brett brings a deep understanding of businesses, people, and systems to his work, allowing him to help individuals and companies identify and work through blocks that impede their success and deal with today's changing environment tactically, strategically, and practically.

Brett has been on the Board of Directors of four companies. His client list includes BF Goodrich, Pacific Bell, Telesis, Verio, MarCom Group International, The Neurobehavioral Clinic and Counseling Center, SensoryScapes, Pressure Cast Products, and numerous other companies.

Prior to founding Broadscope, Brett was a partner with Morris Associates, a management-consulting firm located in the SF Bay Area. Brett's corporate experience includes Director of Sales for an Olin Corporation Subsidiary and Project Manager and Chemist for Rogers Corporation. Brett has an MBA in Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Brett is also an actor and has been on stage at Theatre Rhinoceros, The Willows Theatre, The Ashby Stage, and The Berkeley Repertory Theatre.
