Susan began her writing career as a copywriter with Boston advertising agency Kenyon & Eckhardt. Over the next decade, she worked as copywriter and creative director with ad agencies in New England, Texas, and the San Francisco Bay Area. Susan has since written print materials and web sites for an eclectic list of clients. She has written more than 25 annual reports for public and private organizations, including the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Compasspoint, the Girl Scouts of Santa Clara County, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and California Pacific Medical Center. Susan's work has been recognized with more than 30 awards for creative excellence.
